Welcome to Gigaa Holidays! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a seamless and transparent process for your travel plans.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 Reservation Process

  • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

1.2 Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Client

  • Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

    1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
      If the customer decides to cancel the service for personal reasons, including but not limited to a change of plans or mind, financial issues, or no longer requiring the service.

    2. Failure To Proceed Or Provide Required Information
      If the customer cancels due to delay, failure, or inability to provide required documents, information, or approvals necessary to proceed with the service.

2.2 Cancellation by Gigaa Holidays

  • Gigaa Holidays Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend the service under certain circumstances, including but not limited to non-payment of balance amounts, violation of agreed terms and conditions, submission of incomplete or inaccurate information, or any misuse of the service. In such cases, no refund will be processed.

3. Amendments and Changes

3.1 Changes by the Client

  • Requests to amend travel details must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.

3.2 Changes by Gigaa Holidays

  • We strive to avoid changes, but if necessary, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries.
  • Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and alternative options will be provided.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It must cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Gigaa Holidays is not responsible for any losses incurred due to inadequate or non-existent travel insurance.

5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, and health requirements are up to date. Gigaa Holidays will provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approvals or take responsibility for any travel disruptions caused by documentation issues.

6. Liability

6.1 Responsibility

Gigaa Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, etc.). While we ensure quality and reliability, we cannot be held liable for actions or omissions by third parties.

6.2 Force Majeure

Gigaa Holidays is not liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • If you encounter any issues during your trip, please notify our team immediately to resolve the matter.
  • Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing after the trip’s completion.
